Enjoy 80 minutes of breathwork, slow flow vinyasa and seated or yoga nidra meditation + 8 minutes of connection. BYO yoga mat and bottled water. A limited supply of yoga mats, straps and blocks is provided.
Classes are held at 222 East McDowell Road at Chic Artistry Studio, in the Phoenix Arts District. We are across from the Phoenix Theatre Company and Art Museum; and directly adjacent/attached to the Arts District Apartments.
Free parking is available… 1) on the right side of Alvarado Road (in front of the building), 2) in the vacant lot, across the street (on 2nd Street and McDowell) , or 3) in the Phoenix Art Museum lot (further down at the corner of Alvarado and Coronado Roads).
